Business Analyst

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and help bridge the gap between client requirements and technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders
- Create detailed requirement specifications and user stories
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with clients and internal teams
- Create and maintain project documentation
- Perform gap analysis and identify process improvements
- Assist in testing and quality assurance activities
- Support project managers in planning and execution
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience with CRM systems, web applications, or mobile apps is a plus
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
